Terms of Service

1. About MyReputation.ie

MyReputation.ie is operated by Sevenoways ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The service

MyReputation.ie provides the following features:

• Monitoring your Google Business Profile for changes using the Google Business Profile API
• Sending email notifications when changes are detected
• Displaying a history of changes on your dashboard
• Allowing you to revert detected changes back to their previous values

The service polls your profile approximately every 4 hours. We do not guarantee real-time detection of all changes and are not liable for changes that occur between polling intervals.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you add.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You may not use the service to monitor profiles you do not own or have explicit permission to manage.
• One free location is included with every account. Additional locations require a paid subscription.

4. Google OAuth access

When you sign in with Google, you grant MyReputation.ie OAuth access to your Google Business Profile with the business.manage scope. This allows us to read your profile data and write changes on your behalf (for the revert feature only).

You can revoke this access at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will stop monitoring and disable the revert feature.

5. Pricing and billing

• The current price is €4.99 per location per year, billed annually. This is an early-access rate and is subject to change.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 14-day refund on annual subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Contact us at support@myreputation.ie within 14 days of purchase.
• No refunds are issued after 14 days or for partial periods.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service to monitor profiles you do not have permission to manage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API policies
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MyReputation.ie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Every change to your Google Business Profile will be detected
• The revert feature will always succeed (Google may reject changes)
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for any changes made to your Google Business Profile by Google, third parties, or any other person, whether or not detected by our service.

9. Intellectual property

The MyReputation.ie name, logo, and software are owned by Sevenoways and may not be copied or used without permission. Google Business Profile™, Google Maps™, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. We make no claim to these marks.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@myreputation.ie. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
