You're trusting us to watch your Google Business Profile. Here's exactly how we protect your account and your data — in plain English.
We never see your password
You sign in through Google's own OAuth screen. We receive a limited access token — never your Google password. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account settings.
Read-to-monitor, act only on your say-so
We request the minimum Google permission needed to watch your profile and — when you click revert — push your original value back. We never change your listing on our own; every change waits for your approval.
EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant
Your data is stored on servers inside the EU and handled under GDPR. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers, and we only process what's needed to monitor your profile.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection to MyReputation.ie is served over HTTPS/TLS. Your Google access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser or included in URLs.
Payments handled by Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch our servers — we only store a customer reference.
Your data, deletable any time
Cancel whenever you like — no lock-in. You can request export or full deletion of your data at any point; under GDPR we'll erase it on request. Removing our Google access stops all monitoring immediately.
