Yes. One location is free, forever. No credit card required. You get all the core monitoring features.
What happens if I have more than 1 location on the free plan?
The first location is free. Each additional location requires a Pro or Agency plan subscription.
Is the AI add-on separate from my monitoring plan?
Yes — AI features are an optional add-on, available on any plan tier (even the free Starter). Your monitoring subscription and AI subscription are billed separately.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Monitoring continues until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
AI add-on plans save 20% on annual billing. Location monitoring is already billed annually at the per-location rate.
Do you offer a free trial?
New users get a 14-day free trial on the Pro plan when subscribing. The free Starter plan has no time limit.
