Why we built this
It started with a simple frustration. A business owner noticed their Google listing had the wrong phone number — not one they'd ever entered. A competitor had submitted a “suggested edit” and Google had accepted it automatically. The business had been sending customers to the wrong number for weeks.
This isn't a rare edge case. Google's suggested edits system means that any member of the public — including your direct competitors — can propose changes to your address, category, opening hours, or phone number. Many of these go live without any notification to the owner.
We built MyReputation.ie because we couldn't find a tool that solved this simply and affordably for ordinary small businesses. Most monitoring tools are built for large agencies and priced accordingly. We wanted something any business owner could set up in 60 seconds and actually afford.

MyReputation.ie monitors Google Business Profiles in 50+ countries. But we're proudly Irish — built and operated by a small team at Sevenoways Innovations in Ireland.

We use Google's official Business Profile API — the same interface Google themselves provide for authorised integrations. We do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or violate any platform terms. Our integration is reviewed and approved by Google.
